The integration of Gamma’s Centrex Cloud PBX with Bitrix24's CRM tool allows for improved sales monitoring and offer personalised and quality customer service.

Features and benefits:

Identifies the contact in an incoming call: before answering the call, the contact's information is displayed so that you can directly access their CRM form. In this way, the user can anticipate the call and offer a personalised and quality service.

One click direct call: from the CRM form, the customer can be called with a single click, avoiding confusion, possible dialling errors and wasted time, thus increasing productivity and efficiency.

Registration of all calls: all incoming and outgoing calls, whether they are managed from a landline, mobile or computer, are automatically logged in the CRM form for better control, subsequent consultation and follow-up of customer activity.

Access to call recordings: Centrex Cloud PBX allows automatic recording of all calls, which are available from the CRM form.

The integration of Gamma’s Centrex Cloud PBX with Bitrix24's CRM tool is priced according to the number of extensions integrated:
  • From 2 to 5 extensions: monthly fee of 10,79€.
  • From 6 to 15 extensiones: monthly fee of 21,58€.
  • From 16 to 30 extensions: monthly fee of 37,76€.
  • From 31 to 60 extensions: monthly fee of 53,95€.
  • From 61 to 120 extensions: monthly fee of 70,13€.
  • From 121 to 240 extensions: monthly fee of 86,31€.
  • More than 240 extensions: monthly fee of 102,50€.
These prices are approximate and subject to change. Please confirm the current applicable price directly with Gamma. The applicable prices are indicated in the final CRM Integration Service Contract that the Customer enters into with Gamma.

Integration of Bitrix24 CRM with Gamma’s Centrex Cloud PBX

Gamma provides a specialised Customer Service by telephone (free call 900 900 019) and e-mail (soporte@gammacom.es).
Once the installation, configuration and implementation of Gamma's Centrex Cloud PBX have been completed, the installation and configuration process of the CRM Integration is very simple and is carried out directly between Gamma and the Customer.
  • Gamma sends each user an email with a unique and personalised web link for each extension.
  • The user must click on the link provided by email and click on the “Activate” button to automatically activate the integration on the user's extension.
  • Once the integration has been successfully activated on the web link provided by Gamma, the user must log in to the Bitrix24 website and enter their access data to log in to Bitrix24.
  • Within the Bitrix24 website, the user must enter the "Telephony" menu and select the option "Configure telephony".
  • The user must click on the "Telephony settings" option, select "Application: Gamma" and then "Save" to complete the activation process.
  • Once these steps have been completed, the user will have their extension integrated with the Bitrix24 CRM.
