We offer 2 options to sync the activity in Bitrix24.
Leads: Upon enabling the leads toggle in controlhippo, we create the new lead of that controlhippo contact in the Bitrix24 and sync message activity in it. If the lead already exist of that contact then we sync the activity in that lead without creating the new.
Deals: Upon enabling the deals toggle in controlhippo, we create the new deal and contact in the Bitrix24 and sync message activity in deal only. If the deal already exits then we do not create new deal, just sync the message activity in the present deal.

ControlHippo: Seamlessly integrate WhatsApp and Telegram with your Bitrix24 system to supercharge your sales and support team's productivity.
Steps to integrate Bitrix24
Step 1: Log in to your Controlhippo account.
Step 2: Click on the integration option fr om the side menu.
Step 3: Click on the integrated button of Bitrix24.
Step 4: A pop-up box will appear, wh ere you need to provide your Bitrix24 domain URL, or if you have already logged in to your Bitrix24 account in another Controlhippo will directly integrate with that account.
Step 5: Click on the Add to Bitrix24 button, and the integration will be completed.
A pop-up box will appear where you can select where you want to sync the activity.
Step 6: Go to the chat page and start a conversation with the contacts.
Step 7: Open your Bitrix24 account and see that a deal has been made in the deal section of Bitrix24.
